	There is no cost for this service, but donations are gratefully accepted toward transportation costs.

	The YWCA/ENCOREplus program is a community-based outreach program that provides screening, education and advocacy services to the women of our community. ENCOREplus assists women lacking adequate insurance obtain free breast and cervical cancer screenings at various local provider locations. ENCOREplus also offers its clients free transportation to screening appointments.

Reservations can be made by calling 607-772-0340, extension 222.

	It is recommended that reservations be made 2-4 weeks ahead of your appointment.
	The minimum time for making a reservation is 2 weeks in advance.
	The maximum time for making a reservation is 4 months in advance.
	If you need to cancel a reservation, please give as much notice as possible.

Only guide animals are allowed.

Oxygen tanks are allowed.
